  • Cancel Membership

    Hello, POP Member!

    We understand that you're considering canceling your membership account. Here are the steps to complete the cancellation process:

    1. Log in to your membership account.
    2. From your Membership Account, click on the "Cancel" link.
    3. The next screen will prompt you to confirm the cancellation.
    4. Once confirmed, your current subscription payment will be canceled, and you'll lose immediate access to previous members-only content.

  • New Member

    We appreciate your enthusiasm for becoming a part of our POP community! Here are three straightforward steps to get started with your account:

    1. Explore our Membership Levels and choose the one that suits you best.
    2. You'll be directed to our "Membership Checkout" page, where we'll ask for some basic profile details. This includes your name, preferred username, email address, and password.
    3. If your chosen membership level has associated fees, you'll also provide payment information to activate your membership. Access to our resources and community will be granted once your payment is successfully processed.

  • Change Membership

    Hello, POP Member!

    If you're interested in modifying your membership level to access more of our valuable content, or if you're considering a downgrade, here's a quick guide. These instructions will help you seamlessly switch your membership level.

    1. Log in to your membership account.
    2. In your Membership Account, locate and click the "Change" link.
    3. The following screen will display an overview of our available membership levels, each with links to upgrade or downgrade as needed.
    4. Once you've selected your new membership level, you'll be redirected to a checkout page to complete the subscription process.
    5. Your prior subscription payment will be canceled, and a new subscription payment will be initiated.
    6. After successful payment (for paid levels), you'll gain immediate access to additional members-only content. If you're downgrading, please be aware that you will immediately lose access to previous members-only content.
